SUMMARY:PDI INSURANCE COVERAGE & SUBROGATION COMMITTEE VIRTUAL COVID 19 BI ROUNDTABLE
DESCRIPTION:The PDI Insurance Coverage & Subrogation Committee will be holding a roundtable discussion to provide current information to committee members and to provide a forum to share information concerning this very important and timely topic.   The roundtable discussion will be led by Co-Chair\, Daniel Twilla\, Esquire\, Burns White\, and Scott Rybny\, Esquire\, Morgan & Akins. Dan and Scott will moderate an active discussion with PDI committee members of the recent decisions in Pennsylvania in the COVID 19 BI litigation.  This one hour forum will give members the opportunity to openly discuss not just the emerging trends and arguments\, but also to help prepare for the inevitable intervention by Pennsylvania’s appellate courts.  Please plan on attending and participating in this important discussion regarding the current status of claims related to COVID 19.
