SUMMARY:PDI INSURANCE COVERAGE & SUBROGATION COMMITTEE VIRTUAL "GALLAGHER" ROUNDTABLE
DESCRIPTION:The PDI Insurance Coverage & Subrogation Committee will be presenting a roundtable discussion to provide current information to committee members and to provide a forum to share information concerning the “Gallagher” decision regarding the applicability of the household exclusion\, including its impact and limitations.  The roundtable discussion will be led by Co-Chair\, Daniel Twilla\, Esquire\, Burns White\, and Bryan Shay\, Esquire\, Post & Schell.  Dan and Bryan will moderate an active discussion with PDI committee members that will give members the opportunity to openly discuss the issues and arguments and to conference with colleagues regarding the status of related appeals.  Please plan on attending and participating in this important discussion regarding the current status of claims related to the important “Gallagher” decision.
