DESCRIPTION:  \nRecently\, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court repealed medical malpractice venue reforms enacted in 2003.  This repeal is effective on January 1\, 2023 and changes venue requirements in medical malpractice cases.  As a result\, the PDI Professional Liability Committee will present “Deja Venue – The Repeal of Malpractice Venue Reforms\, Status of Legislative Efforts to Intervene\, and Defense Strategies in Anticipation of January 1 Effective Date”.  Jonathan B.
