DESCRIPTION:The PDI Insurance Coverage & Subrogation Committee will be holding a roundtable discussion to provide current information to committee members and to provide a forum to share information concerning this very important and timely topic.   The roundtable discussion will be led by Co-Chair\, Daniel Twilla\, Esquire\, Burns White\, and Scott Rybny\, Esquire\, Morgan & Akins. Dan and Scott will moderate an active discussion with PDI committee members of the recent decisions in Pennsylvania in the COVID 19 BI litigation.  This one hour forum will give members the opportunity to openly discuss not just the emerging trends and arguments\, but also to help prepare for the inevitable intervention by Pennsylvania’s appellate courts.  Please plan on attending and participating in this important discussion regarding the current status of claims related to COVID 19.

DESCRIPTION:PDI has been requested by a special committee made up of judges from around the Commonwealth to provide input on what virtual procedures used during the COVID pandemic should be carried over into the post-COVID era.  This meeting is scheduled to allow PDI Members to have input in what they believe would be appropriate procedures to continue virtually into the future.  PDI Members are invited to attend this meeting a voice their opinions and discuss what recommendations PDI will provide the the committee.  Your input is important.
