DESCRIPTION:PDI Workers’ Compensation Committee will present a one hour webinar on the issue of undocumented workers and the Pa. Workers’ Compensation Act.  Stephen F. Moore\, Esquire of Peters & Wasilefski will moderate a discussion with Neil T. Dombrowski\, Esquire of The Dombrowski Group and Daniel P. Ryan\, C.P.A.\, Certified Forensics Accountant\, DABFA\, CGMA.  The panel will address the legal implications of an individual being an undocumented workers as related to the Pa.
