FIRESIDE CHAT WITH PETE DIVON, PHILADELPHIA COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS – MOTION PRACTICE, DISCOVERY COURT, AND SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES

Join PDI and PADC at a fireside chat with Pete Divon, Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, in person at the Conference Center in 1515 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA or via Zoom.  This event is a “must” for newer lawyers or lawyers who have cases in Philadelphia County but unfamiliar with certain unique practices of the Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, to learn the mysteries of Motion Practice, Discovery Court, and Settlement Conferences.  Neither PDI nor  PADC membership required to attend the event.  However, RSVP is required.  Pizza and soda will be served for those who attend in person courtesy of Wade Clark Mulcahy, LLP.  This is a Non-PACLE credit event.
