PDI Civil Practice and Procedure Committee has invited Ari Sliffman, Esquire to present on the topic “Judge Pro Tem Programs, Binding Arbitration, and Voluntary Mediation/Arbitration”. This webinar is targeted to newer lawyers or more experienced lawyers who are not familiar with the programs. 1 PACLE Credit.
Mr. Sliffman has been practicing law since 2012 after graduating from Marquette University School of Law. He was the first student to graduate with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Certificate in Sports Law. He also has attended ADR Center’s program on International Dispute Resolution in Milan, Italy, earning another certificate in ADR. Mr. Sliffman’s vast experience as a litigator on both sides of civil cases gives him the insights , deep legal knowledge, and understanding of case complexities necessary for effective mediations and arbitrations as a neutral. He is deeply enthusiastic about dispute resolution and is passionate about being a mediator. He will provide significant information on the processes and procedures involved in successful mediations and arbitrations.
