PDI and PAJ faculty will great the registrants to begin a full day of education and practice trial skills. The problem case will have been distributed to the registrants in advance and will be used throughout the Trial Academy. Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice P. Kevin Brobson and Justice Kevin Dougherty will speak to the registrants followed by discussion and group sessions related to expert direct and cross examination and closing statements. The Academy will conclude with a session of self assessment and questions and answers.
