PDI/PAJ TRIAL ACADEMY – DAY 1 OF INSTRUCTION

PDI and PAJ faculty will great the registrants to begin a full day of education and practice trial skills. The problem case will have been distributed to the registrants in advance and will be used throughout the Trial Academy. The instruction and group sessions will involve trial theory and case framing and opening statements. The afternoon session will include discussion on direct and cross examination with the ability to practice.
