PDI/PADC member James M. Beck, Esquire of Reed Smith, LLP has published an excellent article entitled “Rebooting Pennsylvania Products Liability Law: Tincher v. Omega Flex And The End of Azzarello Super Strict Liability” It is a must read article for anyone who has a Products Liability case. The article is published in the Widener Law Journal (26 Widener L.J.91 (2017). Mr. Beck provides a fantastic history of Products Liability Law in Pennsylvania and an excellent analysis of how the Tincher decision has changed the horizon in the Products Liability arena.
