On September 19, 2018, CED Technologies and Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company provided lunch and speakers at the PDI Middle District South Lunch and Learn at Duke’s Riverview in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. The event was hosted by PDI Middle District South Directors, Cheryl Kovaly, Esquire and Marla Bigeleisen, Esquire, both of Nationwide Insurance. The event was well attended and after lunch, Gavin O’Hare and Gary Brock, Ph.D., P.E. of CED Technologies, Inc. spoke to the group on the topics of “Vehicle Event Data Recorders – What is recorded, Who owns the recording and How Data Can be of Support for Claims and Litigation” and “Biomechanics & Accident Investigation for Claims and Litigation”.
The ethics portion of the presentation was provided by Jack Fleming, Esquire and Ann Hill, Esquire, of Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company, and Edward Schwartz, Esquire, of Marshall Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. They provided great information on the timely topic of “Ethics Requirements for Law Firm Cyber Security.”
