PDI LUNCH TIME WEBINAR – “Exclusivity of the Workers’ Compensation Act; Subrogation; and IRE’s After Protz” – FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2022 @ 12:00 P.M.

Jane Lombard, Esquire, Swartz Campbell; Neil T. Dombrowski, Esquire, The Dombrowski Group,  Stephen F. Moore, Esquire, Peters & Wasilefski, on behalf of the PDI Workers’ Compensation Committee, along with Arnold T. Berman, M.D., IMX Medical Management Services, will present a webinar on key topics in the Workers’ Compensation arena.  Jane Lombard will provide information related to emerging trends regarding the exclusivity provisions of the Act; Neil Dombrowski will provide information related to subrogation interests under the act and protecting the Section 319 lien; and Stephen Moore and Dr. Berman will provide information on IRE’s after Protz.  Dr. Berman will provide information to assist in understanding the 6th Edition second printing of the AMA Guides to Evaluations of Permanent Impairment under Act 111.
