PDI LUNCH TIME WEBINAR – Presented by PDI Professional Liability Committee “Deja Venue – The Repeal of Malpractice Venue Reforms, Status of Legislative Efforts to Intervene, and Defense Strategies in Anticipation of January 2 Effective Date””

Recently, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court repealed medical malpractice venue reforms enacted in 2003.  This repeal is effective on January 1, 2023 and changes venue requirements in medical malpractice cases.  As a result, the PDI Professional Liability Committee will present “Deja Venue – The Repeal of Malpractice Venue Reforms, Status of Legislative Efforts to Intervene, and Defense Strategies in Anticipation of January 1 Effective Date”.  Jonathan B.
