PDI LUNCH TIME WEBINAR – “Slip, Trip and Fall Cases”

The PDI General Liability Committee will present a PDI Lunch Time Webinar on the subject of “Slip, Trip, and Fall Cases”.  Joseph V. Lesinski, Esquire, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will moderate a panel including Thomas E. Brenner, Esquire, Caldwell & Kearns, George B. Faller, Jr. Esquire, Martzen Law Offices and Ronald J. Cohen, PE., Consulting Engineers & Scientists, Inc.  The panel will discuss these cases from an attorneys’ and expert’s perspective.  Significant information will be shared  from a legal and technical standpoint regarding slip, trip and fall cases.
